Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (M/WBE)
The Coalition sets good faith M/WBE subcontracting goals for most of its contracts that are valued in excess of $100,000 and/or funded by CDBG-DR grants. These goals are set on a contract-by-contract basis. Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs) requirements will be included on projects that receive Federal funding as
