Oxbows, Midway, and Rossum-Wilson Reach 30% Design Plans

This was a public event to present 30% design plans for the Oxbows, Midway, and Rossum-Wilson reaches (reaches 9, 16, and 30-31). Plans were available for viewing and the design team will be on hand to answer questions and receive comments.
