Proposals were due by 3 pm on April 26, 2018.

A mandatory pre-proposal meeting and site visit was held Friday, March 30th at 10 am at the Sweetheart City Winery (5500 W Hwy 34, Loveland CO 80537).

The meeting and site visit provided proposers an opportunity to tour the restoration site and receive clarification ether on-site or through follow-up correspondence. Reasonable accommodations can be made for persons with disabilities if 48 hours of advance notice is provided.

The purpose of this meeting was to discuss this Request for Proposals (RFP) and to provide assistance to consultants in the interpretation of this RFP or any of its terms and conditions. Attendees should be prepared to walk along the river in weather typical for this time of year. All questions and responses will be documented and posted to all interested parties represented at the meeting. Please RSVP to Shayna Jones (”
